A cover for a cookbook made by the residents of 960 61st Street in Oakland, CA. The cover is folded in half, along the white/black division, so that the dark side is the front, and the white side is the back. I wanted to give this innocent cookbook a mysterious look, one that suggest the atmosphere of a crime scene. The design features a drawing of the house along with a number of elements that are specific to its residents.
